VACATION CRISIS!!! Should I pick a cruise for my family vacation or a resort? I really really need help~~~?

Posted by admin under family cruise vacation

Whats better for my family?
Cruise v.s. Resort- Your Pick!!!!

Personally I prefer cruises because I like going to several places and doing activities in each port.

I find when I stay at a resort I just lounge around doing nothing.

Depends what kind of vacation you are looking for.

How do I find a cheap all inclusive vacation for 4 that is not a cruise?

Posted by admin under cheap cruise vacation

You can check a travel website (Yahoo Travel, Travelocity, Expedia, etc.) for all-inclusive vacations. These will probably be resorts at various destinations, like Cancun, Jamaica, etc.

My own experience in Jamaica with an all inclusive was very pleasing, and quite reasonable.

What is a good (warm weather) family vacation destination in your opinion?

I go with my family to Disney World in Florida every other year because there are many things to do: beach, theme park, water slide, animal park etc.
Im anxious to hear about your experiences!

Why not try Britain from June to Aughust?
Full of Heritage, tepid to warm temperatures, great coasts. Just a thought

Whats a good website or vacation packages i could get to go in a cruise?

Me and my cousin are thinking about going on a cruise.. but we just don't know where to start looking for a great price. what are some websites you would recommend me to visit. or where have you guys gone that you really liked

I live in alabama so i would like a cruise that will leave from alabama and not from someother place i would have to drive

Since you want to cruise from Mobile you should first check out the web site for that Mobile cruise port: http://www.shipmobile.com/

It has a schedule for all cruises leaving from there. It appears that Carnival Cruise line is the only one cruising from Mobile. There is a link on the Mobil web page to Carnival so you can look at what is available.

You may want to also consider New Orleans as a departure port and give yourself more options. Both Carnival and Norwegian have cruises leaving from NO.: http://www.portno.com/pno_pages/about_webcam_out.htm

A third option would be Port Canaveral, Fl. it has cruises by Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Disney: http://www.portcanaveral.org/index2.php

You can shop for cruises on the cruise line web sites. They have all of the information you need on them, or you can shop on line and then get a travel agent (their services are free). The cruise line web sites also have specials listed that you should look at.

ROYAL CARIBBEAN:

I am trying to find an international adventure for myself and get the most out of life, suggestions?

Posted by admin under adventure sailing

I am looking to get as much out of life as possible. I live in Canada and I'm 24. I have a great job but I know there's more out there. I want to go on the ultimate adventure internationally. I like the idea of the 'pole to pole' adventure where you go from the north pole to south pole biking and such, but doing relief work in africa on the way. I also like the picton castle tall ship that sails all over the world and visits different cultures. Can you recommmend any others? Thanks friends.
Thank you, I know you cant go pole to pole by bike. I hope you feel better about yourself with that snarky remark.
Sorry I misread your comment, thanks for the input! ;)

I was just wondering if there were any organizations you might be able to think of that offer exciting adventures where you can contribute.

see if you can beat me around the world in 80 days
ready, set………..
