Royal Caribbean Cruise Vacation 2008-Part 4

Posted by admin under cheap cruise vacation

Part 4 of our last cruise to the Eastern Caribbean on Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas. This shows our 3rd port of call, St Maarten. We spent the day shopping before heading back to the ship for some sun and lunch. Sorry it has taken so long to get part 4 done and uploaded. Part 5 will document the days at sea on our way home.

Posted by admin under cheap cruise vacation

I NEED a vacation for me and my girl , we havent gone anywhere all this year primarily because of cashflow, i want to be somewhere warm and preferably where there is a beach. Should i hop in the car( im in mid georgia) and head to florida? try and find a good cheap resort( rare) or a cruise? I cant help it i think the pics of the ships interior look like a 1970’s disco joint all of them , any experience?what should i do?

try myrtle beach, south carolina the beaches are beautiful the hotels are about as reasonable as you can get on a beach and the weather should be beautiful this time of year

Can anyone recommend any good and inexpensive cruise lines or criuses that can depart in California?

Posted by admin under cheap cruise vacation

I want to go on a cruise like 3-4 days thats pretty cheap. or be like on a standby for an even better deal ( If they even have that) Probably Mexico because thats the closest and least expensive. ( I’m a college student who wants a short vacation with little money). If anyone knows about anything like that please let me know. Thank you P.S. I know cruises are expensive but I’m looking for a good deal. Thanks for the help!

NCL has a repositioning cruise that leaves from Los Angles and goes to Alaska. For a 7 day cruise the price of an inside cabin is $399 plus port charges and tax. This is an awesome deal. If you can’t find it just let me know.

Cruise for cheap?

Posted by admin under cheap cruise vacation

I would like to plan next years spring break and go on a week long cruise. What are some good websights. We dont have alot of money but i would love to save up for this vacation! If you have any advice i would greatly appreciate it. Also if you have other ideas of great get-aways in Texas, id love to hear them. I am looking for vacation ideas for couples.

most cruise lines have a standby policy - be at the dock with your suitcase - go for half-price if there’s room (of course you risk being left behind)

Can’t decide between vacation in Caicos (Provo) or Bahamas (Nassau) or cruise?

Posted by admin under cheap cruise vacation

Hi everyone, I’m trying to throw a last minute vacation together for my girlfriend and I near the beginning of Feb and I can’t decide between the islands of the Turks & Caicos or Bahamas or possibly doing a bahamas cruise. This will be our 2nd time in the caribbean and last year we did USVI/BVI for 9 days.

I think all 3 will be around the general area of spending, but I have a few worries about each… Please help if you’ve ever been to either!

Caicos (Provo area)… The island seems very beautiful and and there seems to be a decent amount of stuff to keep us occupied but I’m a little worried that it might get boring after 7 days…

Bahamas: Between all the islands there looks like there’s a lot to do but it also looks expensive to get around to the different islands. Almost $100+ for each passenger if we wanted to leave the island and check others out. So we’d probably be confined to Nassau.

Bahamas or Possible Caribbean Cruise: I was never about cruises but I’m starting to warm up to the idea of seeing multiple places. The prices seem a bit more reasonable too (flight to miami + cruise is still cheaper per person). I just don’t know too much about cruises and I don’t know which is better… seeing more islands with more limited time or spending more time on 1 island?

BTW, we’re 23 & 24 and we’re kind of looking for an all-around kind of island… don’t mind to relax or party and a good mixture of excursions. Something we won’t get bored half way through the week.

NASSAU IS GREAT
