   Carnival probably is, but most likely it is already booked for this year as these holiday cruises book up rather early. Also cruises during the holidays are always more expensive then at other times.

   You absolutely do not want the cheapest cruise line. There are still a few ships around that are over 50 years old. Some going back and forth to Bermuda.

   All the major lines raise their prices for Christmas and I am sure are completely booked by now.
